What hospitals need for the well-being of their caregivers is not a one-size-fits-all program. Each hospital is unique and has their own resources and culture.

Which is why we first and foremost consult with hospitals to see what they already have in place and what their needs are, then we determine if there are gaps that we can fill.

This free online course provides tips and suggestions from professionals on how to cope with the unique challenges of this time.

SPA Wellness Program

One of the challenges of wellness programming is getting everyone together to attend a workshop. Healthcare workers' schedules are dictated by patient needs so wellness programs must be flexible in order to work within that structure and must be created in a way to be accessible to all. Our program has an online component, which addresses that challenge.

In addition, burnout affects individuals on various levels, not just mentally and physically. Our unique program is truly holistic in nature. We have volunteers who are experts in many different fields and as such, have programming on a multitude of topics related to wellness, including fear, anxiety, communication, financial worries, parenting stressors, spirituality, nutrition, sleep, home management, etc.


Wellness Live

We have regular Wellness Live workshops on Instagram, every first Wednesday of the month, where we interview professionals in the field and get tips for what our healthcare heroes are going through.
